Regalgrid Europe S.r.l. enters 110EFFICIENC(Y), a jewel made in InfinityHub for the management of the 110% Superbonus. Best practice according to the Annual Energy Efficiency Report published by ENEA in October 2020, RE(Y) Venezia represents the first energy requalification of a shopping center in Europe with the use of equity crowdfunding. Regalgrid Europe S.r.l. has enabled the start of the development of an energy community formed by the merchants of La Piazza shopping center, thanks to its innovative platform.
On March 18, 2020 InfinityHub S.p.A. and Regalgrid Europe S.r.l. joined forces for the realization of an unprecedented project, which then became best practice according to the Annual Energy Efficiency Report published by ENEA in October 2020. RE(Y) Venezia – now in progress – represents the first energy requalification of a shopping center in Europe using equity crowdfunding. In addition to the installation of LED lamps, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and columns for recharging electric cars, Regalgrid Europe S.r.l. has allowed the start-up of the development of an energy community formed by the merchants of the shopping center La Piazza, thanks to the innovative platform managed by the company from Treviso.
The Renewable Energy Community (REC) represents an innovative model of supply, distribution and self-consumption of energy that aims to facilitate the production and exchange of energy generated from renewable sources, as well as the efficiency and reduction of energy consumption. Thanks to the “Decreto Milleproroghe” approved by the Senate of the Republic on February 26, Italian regulations have also adapted to the pace of development of technological innovation. In summary, the legislation, contained in an amendment to article 42 of the Decree, will allow citizens, businesses and public bodies to adhere to a new model of use of renewable energy, based on energy communities and collective self-consumption.
